General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and cb9991 (hereinafter "cb9991", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). • You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether by you or by any person who has gained access to your credentials.

All bonuses issued by cb9991 carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Unless specified otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on cb9991 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.

• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds that are not used within the validity window will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your cb9991 account.

Account Suspension & Closure

cb9991 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Circumstances in which cb9991 may take such action include, but are not limited to, breach of any provision of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements, or a request by law enforcement or a regulatory authority.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings subject to an active wagering requirement) will be returned to your verified BDT payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes.
